2020 is set to be an exciting year for Patchworks.

To now, we have been working tirelessly on our platform and processes ensuring we achieve what you require from an integration partner. We are now at a size that we can introduce the next important part of our service. Customer service, the human engagement layer.

We can only succeed if our clients succeed, and to that end we share the same goal in ultimately ensuring the end customer receives the best experience possible. We recognise that achieving this requires working in close collaboration. We need to talk often, and understand your business needs fully.

I've joined Patchworks to make this happen. To build a new client engagement service, configure it to your taste and represent your voice internally. My aim, to recognise a step change in how we do business together. Making it simple, robust, transparent and importantly more enjoyable.

Adrian Collins

I bring with me 15+ years of industry experience, across which I’ve worked as a Software Developer, Business Analyst, Product Owner, Global Digital Operations Director and Consultant specialising in business processes, customer experience and digital transformation.

Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside numerous prestigious organisations with exciting and insightful problems to solve and valuable learning to pick up along the way. Brands such as L’Oréal, Coca-Cola, Toyota, Porsche, AB InBev, Barclays, Yotel and Tesco in the private sector, to public sector organisations such as TfL, Network Rail, local government, HMRC and the FSCS.

I’ve implemented custom software, integrated numerous 3rd party COTS products and rolled out ITIL best-practice support services whilst touching most technologies and technological trends along the way.
